He is a highly respected man that is an FBI daysnt which she loves because she is a detective. At first the FBI man rejects her because of their age difference th at then he caves in and they vex lovers. She falls for him so deeply but he at last ends things because of their age difference and leaves the state without even bothering to discuss it with her. On the cod she meets a man that is a accost for the natural impartiality and he is completely in love with her while she hates him at first.

The twenty-four hours she leaves him the FBI man is murdered by a consequent killer. Quinn ends up falling madly in love with Debra and wants to marry her but she just wants to be with him because the relationship is easy.
